Refund policy

At Meltdown Strips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original sealed packaging.

OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our products — oral wellness strips that are consumed — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any opened tins or products where the seal has been broken. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meltdownstrips@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-DELIVERY
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at meltdownstrips@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return on an eligible unopened product:
1. Email meltdownstrips@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
