How does this actually work?

When should I take it?
Morning of, ideally with whatever food you can manage. You can also take one before bed after a big night — your body starts the work while you sleep. One strip a day maximum either way.
Is this the same as those sachets you get at festivals?
Those are mostly electrolytes and vitamin C. This is a different formula entirely — Ayurvedic plant extracts traditionally used for liver support and recovery. Different job, different ingredients, slightly less neon packaging.
Can I take it with paracetamol?
