How is this different from an energy drink?
Energy drinks hit you with 200mg of caffeine, a wall of sugar, and a stomach full of carbonated water. This gives you a focused dose of clean caffeine plus L-theanine to smooth the edges. No crash, no jitter, no needing a bathroom in 20 minutes.
When should I take it?
About 15 minutes before you need to be moving. The strip dissolves and absorbs sublingually, so it kicks in faster than a coffee. Don't take it after 4pm unless you actively want to be awake at midnight.
How much caffeine is in one strip?
