Are these the psychedelic kind of mushrooms?
No. Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Maitake, and Shiitake are functional mushrooms — the kind with decades of research behind them, not the kind that make walls breathe. Completely legal, completely boring in that respect.
When should I take it?

How is this different from caffeine?
